Employee Calendar
The Employee Calendar will give your employees a clear view of their working world. They can view holistically their Holidays, Absences, Meetings, Actions, Travel and so on. Clicking on any entry will open it in either view or edit mode for the user.

Simplified Leave Management
Self Service users can utilise the side by side comparison of their Leave Entitlement and usage to easily assess remaining holiday leave. They can submit new Holiday Requests and also ask new holiday allowance for Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) or Carry Over Holiday in line with your policies.

Give your staff all the information they need
Through CloudCube’s Employee Self Service, your staff will be able to view your Company Directory and learn about their team mates. Company News added in Control Centre will show up on their home screens after logging in. Company Policies can be viewed from the Document Library and users can also see their own Employment Docs.
